Análise das categorias de apego ao lugar rural

Um lugar compreende um espaço geográfico resultante da ação humana e responsável por moldar comportamentos. Conexões formadas com lugares considerados especiais são denominadas apego e acompanham indivíduos em todos os estágios da vida. Proprietários rurais constituem um grupo que consideram a sua terra um lugar único. Neste sentido, o objetivo deste artigo é identificar categorias de laços emocionais presentes na relação indivíduo e o lugar rural. A metodologia é baseada numa revisão bibliográfica em onze estudos publicados nas bases de dados internacionais. Da análise dos resultados, seis categorias emergiram a partir do confronto teórico da literatura com os achados dos artigos analisados. As categorias apresentam vínculos estabelecidos entre indivíduos-lugar rural: a categoria ambiente compreende características naturais e físicas; a categoria comunidade inclui a relação com pessoas; a categoria enraizamento é composta pelos sentimentos despertados pelo lugar; a categoria família integra a história construída no lugar; a categoria retorno financeiro é composta pela renda obtida com o lugar; e a categoria vida rural considera a atração pelo estilo de vida no lugar. Com efeito, tem-se que esses resultados sinalizam para uma importante agenda de pesquisas futuras sobre o apego ao lugar no sentido da demarcação de um horizonte teórico-conceitual promissor sobre o tema.
